honest opinion of du??

Can anyone give an honest but truthful opinion of DU and phi psi?? I can’t seem to get a good read on either of them at rush. Thanks in advance for your help!

DU has great upperclassmen but their PC this year wasn’t as strong so I’d say they’re neck and neck with Chi phi now
