positive reputations of fraternities and sororities

I am planning on rushing (Chi Phi is my preferred fraternity as I love it's kind Brotherhood and its values) but I would like to say good things about every fraternity and sorority:
Chi Phi: nicest brotherhood
DKE: most popular
Zeta: close brotherhood
Tri Delta: nicest sisterhood
Kappa: most elite
Alpha Phi:: most fun
Pi Phi: most preppy
