Top half meaning you are rating the top half of the student body in the sorority (ie senior and junior classes) or top half meaning you are rating their physical appearances from the waist up?

Some smart, involved girls, but some girls in the junior class (one I can think of in particular) cares more about partying and tiers than they do about academics and involvement.

Honestly way too full of themselves. They think they are better than everyone on campus and even openly refer to some sororities as "bottom tier".
