Although they just came back not long ago, these guys are pretty dope. They are very nice people to hangout with. Their parties are pretty fun since they got a dope basement and music are lit as well.

Although they have a nice house, the brothers of Chi Phi are a very eclectic group and still trying to find their place on campus. I’m sure in time they’ll find an identity, but for now they’re just trying to emulate the other frats on campus.

The guys at Chi Phi are great people, seriously. However, I do not think they belong in the spot they are at in the overall power rankings. The frat just got their house back on campus and is by no means as established as other fraternities. Again all around fun, sick basement, but for now they are middle of the road.

Honestly they choose quality over quantity, and I like that about them. They would rather have a small pledge class than accept toxic or sleazy guys that would help up their numbers, and I respect that about them. They are very careful when it comes to who they choose (I have friends in Chi Phi so I know this), because they want to have a good brotherhood as well as an environment where people can enjoy having fun without having to worry about their safety.

Honestly, good group of dudes and now that their seniors are gone they have lost all their kids who had questionable reps. It'll be good for them to start fresh and they already have a good base for that with all of their current rising jrs and srs.
