While Chi phi has done a good job growing, they’ll give out bids to any kid who even glances at their house. Some good kids but brought down by many awkward and just creepy brothers.

Used to be pretty mediocre until this year they won rush and pulled a massive pc. They still have a couple of weird seniors but their pc will pretty much put them at the top for the future. Their social schedule is still a little messed up but that should change next semester.

Some really nice guys in this frat but some really creepy guys too. Hope their PC is a little classier than some of the guys they have now. I know that can be said about pretty much every frat but since Chi Phi is relatively new/recently back I think they should work to recruit some quality dudes. Beautiful house though and their basement is sick. They seem pretty close as brothers. They've been getting closer with some of the sports teams which is cool that its not just sorority stuff.

New frat on campus with a nice house. Barely meeting the GPA requirements so no idea where all the "smart" comments are coming from. Kind've sad how much work they put into self ranking but hey actions speak louder than words to anyone that knows them.
