Alpha Phi is known for having classy girls. Girls who are pretty and hot enough for kappa and dg, but don't have the typical sorority betch personality are a phi material. They don't go as hard as kappa and dg and this makes the difference in terms of how they are viewed by frats and the campus as a whole. They are involved on campus and are definitely top tier and are in the same league as kappa and dg. Girls who are in a phi wanted it. Attractive girls who don't want drama.
