Alpha Phi is known for having classy girls. Girls who are pretty and hot enough for kappa and dg, but don't have the typical sorority betch personality are a phi material. They don't go as hard as kappa and dg and this makes the difference in terms of how they are viewed by frats and the campus as a whole. They are involved on campus and are definitely top tier and are in the same league as kappa and dg. Girls who are in a phi wanted it. Attractive girls who don't want drama.

Alpha Gams are not judgmental. They are the girls who will bring you your favourite food on your worst day, and help tutor you in things you don't understand. They will be the ones to walk you back when your too drunk, and make sure you sleep alright. They look out for one another, because they are friends.
