How to rush a frat

How do I be cool enough to rush a frat. Is it hard to get a bid? How hard is it to get in pike, sig pi or tdp?

Yes you have to be cool. But if you arent cool I recommend you rush skulls, tep, apd, or theta chi. They are the lowest tier
