sorority rushing
by: PNMI’m a freshman looking to rush this spring. The only sorority I’m interested in so far is constantly being ranked bottom tier and being called irrelevant on this site. Is there really that much of a stigma to joining a bottom tier sorority or does no one really care? Also how does ranking actually effect the sororities and what are they ranked by?

I wouldn’t say stigma, but if multiple comments are saying the same thing then it should be something to consider, for all the sororities. Just saying Greek life is cliquey if you couldn’t tell. So if you join an org you may not mix with certain frats that you like or have friends in. But for the most part if you’re in it for the sisterhood and right reasons, you’ll have nothing to worry about

^^ agreed! if there are multiple comments, its probably true. If you want to mix with the popular frats and be more well known on campus, look into Aephi, SDT, Dphie, and AST. If you want to mix with the lower tier frats mostly and not be well known, rush Theta or ASA.

what top tier frats do AST mix with? And Kappa Sig doesn't count bc they aren't top tier LOL

^^^ Girl stop making this into a smear campaign. Greek life isn’t that deep.
Anyway, I wouldn’t take one off comments too seriously but multiple comments saying the same thing Is something to look out for and also you may not mix with all frats or other orgs
