living in the frat house

I'm a current freshman and want to rush next semester. If I get into a frat, can I live in the house as a sophomore? because on Rowan's housing page it says you have to live on campus for 4 semesters and can only live off-campus as a jr. or if you commute and your parents live within 40 miles. is there any way to live in a frat house as a sophomore?

Yes, there’s ways to live off campus but just gotta trick Rowan a bit. Just gotta say you’re commuting
