The top needs to be broken out-

Top: Fiji, SAE, Sig Pi

Lower top: Kappa sig, Pike

Top Middle: TKE

Middle: TDP, AXP, Skulls

Bottom: Rest of them

top is top, they all have their pluses and minuses. I wouldn’t split them into tiers because at that point it becomes personal preference not reality.
