why you gotta hate

please tell me why people hate Theta Phi Alpha? because most of the girls are very sweet and caring and kind? I don't understand why frats are always pushing them away and mistreating them... sororities are always making fun of them but a lots of sisters from the other sororities are friends with them? please tell me? I mean... I really don't understand...
