pledge process may be hard but I don't think they're doing it anymore also there's a method to their madness ask anyone who pledged and they will say they'd do it again. Brings you closer to the people in your org people bash them for their process but they don't have to do it. The people in this org WANT to go through this process and earn their place not just speaking for aephi but everyone with an actually pledge process. Aephi is a great group of girls

The only reason dphie is looked at as a semi good sorority is bc they got all the girls that should have been in aephi while aephi couldn't take girls a few years ago. Also not the best to mix w
