Honestly they became "top" tier by default. They didn't & still do not do anything to get their status except mind their business & throw all the time. They stop mixing with a lot of sports teams now they're all of a sudden top. Too many freshmen at their opens & only mix with who THEY see as "top sororities" now. Completely rude to other orgs & social climbers that wants to be at pike's level. Stop holding grudges & start mixing more & maybe they'll EARN top status.

Good frat & great guys. Their seniors will definitely be missed! Sucks they cancelled a mixer on us for another sorority so they lost points with me but other than that they have pretty good parties. If they stop associating with ASA so much they may have a chance to move up

Definitely on the rise. Upper mid tier if you wanted to place them. Sweet & nice guys, great brotherhood, & even better parties! I think with their new houses next year will definitely have them compete with top tier frats.

Not known for anything other than being nerds & potheads. Type of dudes that play minecraft while everyone plays fortnite. Smallish frat and other than weed being a commonality, they really lack personality. Some guys are just plain ridiculous and weird. Have a great house but definitely needs to change things up to rise in tier. Take notes from Rutgers chapter
