It's pretty Obvious that most of the girls in this chapter are only trying to recruit girls based on thier looks.

If you look at their new pledge class you will see that is not true- don't think the process is based on looks nor should it be. Also, heard Fall15 is not a very inclusive pledge group- very cliquey. I'm a sophomore and have been watching the process closely for 3 rounds while thinking of rushing in Spring with hope of joining DZ , but am wary now. Learned from another NPC member that active DZ disassociated during the pledge period, many pledges were not initiated and there were complaints about a core group of very excluding pledges during NM period. It was so bad there were girls who decided not to initiate. Lots of drama, very little concept of sisterhood and support. Looking as AST and ZTA now.

If that were true I would not be in this sorority im a lanky dork thank you very much. They chose me because the sisters I met believed I could contribute to the chapter. Please think before you type!

Been seeing sisters disaffiliate from dz a little too much these past few years....also seen sisters really mean to each other. Such a shame to have poor sisterhood. Could have been top on campus
