AST has a great sisterhood and all of the girls are really close with one another. sometimes i they do have cliques and power struggles with each other, but they are such a great group of girls. if you would want to join a sorority, i would recommend this one. they have great philanthropies and really stick to their motto of Active Self-Reliant and Trustworthy. they've been through a lot the past year and nothing seems to break the bond they share. keep up the great work ladies.

With any other sorority, there are girls you are not going to get along with. Personally I have not seen or experienced many great things about ZTA. Few are genuine and are friends with other sororities but most are caddy, drama queens, and fake. I have heard other sisters talking down about sisters and their chapter to many people and can be ignorant. Great recruiters but a lot of girls have left their chapter

Theta Phi has some amazing girls in it. They never judge you and yea they may not be the MOST social girls on campus as of now but there are many things changing and new people with better ideas and strong voices coming up. Just watch out!

I really wish I went through recruitment last year as a freshman to come out for AST. Some of my friends did it and and one got AST and she loves it. I've heard such good things about them this past year and cannot wait for this years recruitment!! They are the ones I want. I've met a couple of them at parties and they seem like they have a blast and a really good sisterhood. Can't wait to meet all of you!

The best of both worlds. AST isn't even comparable to other sororities at KU.
