Theta xi seems completely different since my fresh year. No one knew who they were but some great guys improved involvement and they are now known very well. There speakeasy party was also diff and the most fun I’ve had. A time to remember. They are small but their brotherhood is exterenely tight. I here they have a new house so hopefully that helps them because they are honestly the most unassuming people I’ve ever met. Thank you theta for the luv!!!

This is definitely the introverted/socially awk frat at rose—but their brotherhood and similar social ground makes them succeed together. They used to have good grades, not anymore. They don’t throw parties or drink. However each frat is different and if that’s for you, you may have found your home

very minty, love the vibes 10/10 would recommend. someone needs to date Vance already, he’s nice smart and easy to talk tooo. He is quick witted, charming, and overall a great time. I’m just saying…

kinda boring in general. Lotsa baseball players and quiet people. also not very involved with things

It’s sad to see the other reviews because I don’t think any of those people actually have experienced theta. Super chill and respectful guys, their main goal isn’t to pull chicks—boy behavior. These men are super close and through mature parties I will tell my kids about. You can see they are working hard to build/improve their frat. Wine fest and warped tour are some of my favorite rose parties.

In spite of efforts to paint them as “superior”—Pikes are an average decent fraternity at Rose. They have decent guys...but they’re known to whine a lot on rush rules and other house dirty-rushing them—which isn’t true. They are notorious for being goody-goody and having huge numbers so that they really aren’t all that close.

Good vibes, smart individuals, and great looking men. 10/10 would go again. A great atmosphere and a clean house. The guys are great always very helpful and down to have fun. My mom would approve of this place.

Pike is superior. There is a lot of them. They have a rep on campus for being "the boys you bring home to your parents". I have always been treated with respect and kindness by the brothers, and they seem to be very close.
