Pretty middle of the road house. They're dry but the two frats next door (FIJI and Delts) aren't. Grilled cheese is mid tbh but slaps when you're drunk.

Dudes are super cool and have a really nice house. Just got rebuilt after a fire, and they've got a lot of property with trails for minibikes. Throw pretty good parties, and if you're into cars definitely check them out.

Stay away from these guys at all costs. Their only claim to fame is being a bigger house because they blanket bid and are close with A Phi. They don't respect women and will be the first to rat on people at parties. There's a reason all of campus says FTD.

Nothing but respect for these guys. Cleanest house on campus by far, unrivaled parties, and when they're not throwing bangers they're super chill guys who are always down for a good time. Chef cooks the best food I've had and they're super close to campus.

They are super nice for the most part and the sisterhood is great! Highest GPA in all of KU's Greek Life last year so they are pretty studious.
