They don't have a house but an apartment instead but are still very social. They often go and sarande the freshmen girls and other girls. They are also a dry chapter at KU. Often time if you want to do something, you will probably find a beta part of it. They practically run the school.

I once thought this was a fraternity that was leading our pack in almost every way except sports and I was wrong. Most of their house is ok academically. They only have 1 or 2 athletic guys. But from what I hear they have no gentlemen. I would say this house takes advantage of the most drunk girls and they have the most sober people to "look after" parties. Very poor behavior. I wouldn't recommend any girl get drunk here but do go and have a good time.

Top house for sure. The brotherhood is unmatched and the social events are the best.
