Every-time I'm at the gym, Phi Delts are present. They are super duper jacked and work out nonstop. All the girls at Kettering (very few) look for the Phi Delts because they are so nice and hott

Their house is more of an apartment complex than a fraternity house. They give out more bids than any other house on campus for the sole purpose of bolstering their membership numbers. Even then, they're scraping the bottom of the bucket to get their pledges, and half of them don't make grades. Their parties are usually a few weird people dancing in their basement to remixed pop music. I'd honestly rather hang out with some Beta's.

Great group of gentleman. Completey disagree with the statement below about them taking advantage of women. Our sorority is there very often and has never had a problem with this. They have great social events which involve even better risk management. All around a very enjoyable place to be.
