Dry house, great grades, nice guys but they don't do many social events or attend others events

Tons of fun, great parties and brotherhood feel but not much more than that. A handful are very involved but most struggle in school

Definitely most involved on campus, also strong social life. Common complaint is that they don`t interact as much with the other fraternities in social life

DTD is a great fraternity. Their brotherhood is very diverse, and definitely one of the most social houses on campus.

Close knit group of guys, very involved on campus. Amazing house, kinda far from campus. However, its the only house not in Flint, so you don't have to worry about it getting broken into or drinking contaminated Flint water. Even though they are kinda far, they got the most pledge invitation returns, and have a really strong pledge class.

Very good organization, the men are very smart and kind. They could use some help with interfraternal relationships, but they are a bunch of very involved gentlemen. They also seem to be very close with a strong sense of brotherhood.

Top house. Enough said

sweet, friendly, kind, and love each other like actual sister they can have arguments but still have each others back. They are small but close knit. over all an amazing and exceptional group of women.

Not very involved on campus and are hardly ever seen. They do have great brotherhood though.

The Pikes are a great group of guys with a bad reputation because of the type of person they recruit. Their house is full of guys that would fit in at any state school but have actual aspirations so they decide to come to Kettering instead. They are generally the most "frat" on campus but wouldn't be considered very "frat" outside of our campus community. Great brotherhood just going to have to take some time to repair their deep rooted dislike around campus due to alumni.
