I have been to their house during both A section and B section. I would say that the A section pikes are the most fun people to be around. The guys are good looking and respectful to woman. They seem to be the most athletic on campus as well. The parties that they have are always the best. B section is a little bit different. They seem to be the middle of the road. They are good looking but not as respectful. Overall, I would rank A section 10/10 and B section 7/10. Their house needs a few updates, but that is the only negative thing that I can say.

This is the fraternity that defies what a fraternity is expected to be. A dry, alcohol-free house with the second highest Greek average GPA on campus (and well above the independent, non-Greek average), Delta Chi A has fantastic sense of brotherhood and has grown significantly since I became familiar with them. Open, accepting, and with an ingrained care and passion for others, this is truly a place you can belong and feel safe. With a heavy focus on video games, board games, and other clean party games, there's always something fun going on at their house. Admittedly humble-looking on the outside, the inside has been significantly renovated over the years and looks quite sharp and fresh. Not the biggest or the most 'popular' on campus, they're a perfect fit for anyone wary of other more bro-ish frats or who want to avoid the fraternity stereotype without giving up the fun and friendships involved.

Pretty involved in the campus and leadership, however next to no brotherhood. They have cliques within their own house and it can be seen easily. This is a direct result of them handing bids to every kid possible in order to boost their numbers. Also very fake during rush. Most guys are nice but can be uncomfortable. Yet to experience a good party there.
