Pi Phi is the best house on the street and everybody knows it. They are the girls that everyone loves to hate. Sure, their sisterhood may not be as strong as other houses, but they will always support one another. Could have some more philanthropic work, throughout the year. Overall, great house and so top tier they're in heaven.

I'd say they are top tier right now because of their seniors but they are definitely going down the drain. They target specific girls they really want and then give out snap bids to the rest. Have a campaign after bid day to make the snap bids they don't want feel unwanted in the house so that they will drop. Would not be surprised if pi phi was completely gone at the end of this decade. Least respected sorority on campus by far

Definitely top tier. Can be crazy when they go out but for the most part are a lot of fun. With a good pledge class they will definitely be the top sorority.
