They are better than Lambdas but seriously need to recruit more guys that aren't socially challenged/fruity. Nice boys but compared to what they could be---they are a far cry.

If you're looking for a strong sorority that is very involved on campus in other ways besides greek life, Theta is for you. Most of the Thetas I know I love, but they generally have a reputation for being very aggressive/intense females (academically, socially, athletically...etc). What doesn't make them top tier is that they don't party much and can be a lot to handle socially. They take their sorority very seriously, which is cool. This year's pledge class is really strong

The DG's I know I love as people, but as a sorority in its entirety...this sorority is middle for sure. DGs kill it with the involvement on campus, but they don't party that hard and are often times awkward/kinda weird (which is fine, but these characteristics definitely don't make them top tier). I also have heard that they rat out other sororities.

Pi Phi's 2014 pledge class is full of random girls that followed their friends or were given snap bids. Their pledge class seems extremely divided and I don't foresee much sisterhood between them. Mostly personality-less/stuck up, I would place this sorority third. If you want a big sis that will talk behind your back pledge pi-phi! With that said, some (very few) girls I know in this sorority are cool.

They're stereotype is was makes people hate these girls. But these girls don't do much to help they're situation because once in the house the younger girls start to act like the reputation making them less desirable for mixers and friends. Still a lot of diamonds in this rough with those branching out to other frats than sig chi. Freshman pledge class was the best by far and I see great things in store for these girls. Still the top teir sorority and the girls everyone loves to hate.

Great girls! I wish they no longer had the worst house stereotype held by the incoming freshman every year because they are not. Very sweet, smart, and fun girls. They however need to go out more and become a little more selective in order to shed their stereotype and rise to middle tier above DG. Shown significant improvement throughout the past 3 rounds of recruitment.

These girls think they are a lot better than they actually are, which makes them look bad amongst other Greeks. Some great and outgoing girls, but the attitude needs to stop in order for them to rise further in the ranks. First semester they seemed like wannabes for creating that mixer with DDD and PP but after rush they are slowly but surely making their way to top tier. Wouldn't be surprised if they are considered one of the top houses within the next few years.

Dropped significantly this year. Basically on par with Kappa. Some really awesome and nice girls! But honestly everyone is such a wet blanket that they are now overlooked as dull and boring. As campus involvement goes- these women are the most involved on campus by far making them (in the administrations eyes) the best house. But they use this power to their advantage by ratting other organizations out making them completely undesirable.

The older girls are fun and pretty. But, everyone else in this house is absolutely psychotic. They all pretend to love eachother and throw deltas literally everywhere- but in reality everyone hates eachother. Some genuinely nice, fun, and pretty girls- but it's hard to see that through the masses of psychotic behavior. Territorial of guys for sure. Don't know why they are high in the ranks still, no one gets it.

they have been very up and coming, especially this semester. can't wait to see what next year brings!
