Thetas are your typical try hards. There is no cohesiveness in their pledge class and some of them don't even know who the girls in the house are. Pretty irrelevant

They go out a lot. Not necessarily the smartest bunch or prettiest. Very average and basic. They try to present themselves as this chill group of girls, but many of them are nut jobs. If you are looking for people to have your back and not betray you, steer clear.

Lambda is a mixed bag. Their parties are the safest, they respect women, and for the most part are super fun but just low key about it. Some really cool guys in here, just need to stop taking the weirdos too. Thats why people think they're lame. I'd place them solid mid tier because they're super involved, reach out to the multicult greek orgs, and are safe and throw consistent parties with good drinks. they need some better looking guys but that's about it.

Sloppy and pretty "meh" at times. The thing that worsens it is the self-promotion. It gets annoying. There's some cute girls here, some fun ones, some smart ones. Theta is solidly middle tier. They need to stop posturing like they're DDD or pi phi

The girls are nice if you are in their friend group. Not inclusive at all and truly think they are better than everyone who is not a Piphi. They recruit based off of looks and popularity not necessarily morals or values. They typically dirty rush a certain small group of girls and give snap bids to fill their quota. They think they own the party scene and don't you dare walk into a PhiDelt or SigChi party because they will surely make you feel uncomfortable. Superficial. Not down to earth at all
