Top House: The safe bet is chi psi, everyone loves them on campus, the lodge is great and they have pretty good off campus parties.
Phi Delta Theta-Hated by many but it is impossible not to have them in the top 2, most traditional fraternity on campus and they're always partying in their numerous off campus houses
TKE/SAE-Both party quite a bit but are not as well liked as a house like chi psi and do not party as much as phi delt but overall solid houses.
X Club- Nice guys who don't throw down as much as some of the other houses mentioned above, but are very well liked across campus and pretty academic.
Lamda Chi- Has some nice guys but they rarely ever party and some of the guys in the house are a little different
