It differs by chapter and it's not always guaranteed. Don't expect that if you're, say, a ZTA or AOPi at Kennesaw, that you can just waltz in and affiliate at UGA. Because they are looking for girls who fit in with their specific chapter, and there's a lot of disparity between the Kennesaw and UGA chapters.

DPhiE they will affiliate you. Chapter here is much better than the new one there.
GPB they will affiliate you. Both chapters are just OK so you should be fine.
PhiMu will be super tough but most of the girls here are hot in this sorority so your chances are good.
AOll unless you're one of the hot girls in this chapter it'll be hard. So its kinda 50/50 since they're top at UGA and top 3 here.
KD probably not unless you're from their most recent PC which was hot.
ZTA probably not. ZTA is still new here.
AXiD probably not since they're super new here.
