Explained: OX does not have any type of housing to party at, not in Pine Tree west or on the Marietta campus but have OK pull with some sororities here. SAE and DX throw killer parties together and are both tied for the final top partying spot neither can this top spot with out the other though... PKA always gets the cops called on them but have better pull than pretty much everyone other than KS. KA D-Sig pull less than OX and have just as many places to party at, 0.
Involvement

DTD, SP, TKE
Explained: DX is only up there because even though they are a small fraternity they are always involved in everything. SN won Homecoming and Pike is the most involved with their Philanthropy. KS SAE and OX have all had a few events for their philanthropy this year. The next row has maybe had one event each I've heard about.
Pull with sororities
KS, PKA, DTD
PKP, OX, DX
SAE, SN, KA
D-Sig, SP, TKE
Explain: KS DTD and PKA have always had the most pull since OX was last kicked off and if the Delts weren't kicked off right now they'd still be top 2 easy. PKP is still rebuilding relations from probo, OX is still rebuilding relations from their suspension and DX has been here longer than all of the Poly frats and KSU's newest frats KA and D-Sig so they have better relations as a result.

They have the smallest #s so its much easier to get closer to the guys. Unlike Pike who initiates 30 guys a semester and has half of their brotherhood hate each others guts and unlike OX whos brothers can't even trust each other enough not to rat each other out and get themselves debrothered.
