There have just been two colonies with Zeta and Alpha Xi. There's going to be a few years before another colony happens.
ChiO is just a name, all sororities have really good chapters and really bad chapters. Like DPhiE is really good here but most other places they're not (cause they're one of the smaller nationals). So there's no telling if ChiO would be good or bad here. Not to mention they would have to be interested first and they haven't been so far. I think Alpha Gamma Delta would come before ChiO but that's just a guess.
Having a brother fraternity really doesn't mean anything. Several sororities have them, Alpha Xi's brother fraternity is Sigma Nu, but it doesn't make a difference (look at Tech).
And panhellenic extension is a completely different and much more complicated process than it is for guys. Literally so much difference. It just doesn't work that way, period end.

AZD and ZTA will all be fairly successful over the next 2 or 3 years until everyone is settled and ready to bring on more competition with Chi-O. Yeah their brother fraternity is Kappa Sigma and that will probably help get to meet them more. AZD actually hangs out with SN a good amount now that AZD has changed a lot. (They went from having like 50 girls at SPSU to having over 100 girls and a much better crop from KSU.). But idk if that will mean that they will both hangout a lot.

AXiD actually had like 35 girls at SPSU cause the campus was much smaller. Moving to KSU has been good for them.
But just because there's a brother fraternity that helped with a sorority's founding way back when doesn't mean they're obligated to hang out or it will "help"
Also, there's no telling that if and when the campus is ready for another sorority who it will be. It's not like ChiO was already selected. It could end up being any group, like Alpha Sigma Tau or someone.

I think Chi-O would be a great addition. Now that KSU is the second biggest school in the state of Georgia it should be very appealing to them. I think a lot of girls would be interested just like they were for ZTA and AXiD. (ZTA almost got 200 girls in their first pledge class. AXiD took less girls for their first pledge class but are still very attractive and a good sorority.)

I was about to say they are definitely southern.. If not that means SN KS ATO and KA aren't southern either! They were all founded in Virginia too.

Phi Mu isn't large nationally. Yes, they are a big name in the southeast, but not a big force in the west or north. I think they're working on that, but it takes time. They're a great sorority.

It's not gonna happen any time soon, if it even happens at all. Don't skip going through recruitment expecting ChiO to show up.
