As for guys?
Kappa Sigma isn't improving or declining they're just keeping a steady pace with their social lives and nice guys. Tons of events and socials for them this semester, only fraternity to have a fall concert, Pig jig for their philanthropy, 80s social, Dirty Christmas social, voted the best Tailgate at KSU's inaugural first game, best homecoming Talegate with the ice luge and the wild after party in pine tree. I went to every single event and party they had this year as well as Pi Kapp.
Pi Kapp is Amazingly Nice and gentlemanly, not as hot as Kappa Sigma or Pike but have tons of parties in pine tree risky business as well as the bevy of tech excursions. I heard they had great tailgates too as well as being the second oldest fraternity here. Improving immensely.
Pike will just take too many questionable to maintain top quality but will still get HOT guys and do the most with their philanthropy. Social life hasn't been top quality this semester at the manor. Still will be debatebly top.
OX yeah they've had trouble with brotherhood but Kappa Sigma was unquestionably top 2 years after coming on, I think with this next spring pledge class and continued improvement to go along with their name and history here. Still have some attractive guys.

Say what you want about both of these groups of guys but you can't overlook the fact that this is the south and that SAE and KA are both always getting interest from potentials looking into what their name is in the SEC. Not only that both made noise this semester with KA's newest pledge class and SAE networking with most of the fraternities and sororities now. They will still struggle with competing with Pikes #'s and OX's name and history. SAES no pledgeship is a plus.
DX and SN will continue to throw solid parties and get halfway decent guys maybe a little bit more awkward then above but still a good group. DX will continue to make noise and attract attention with their parties get some pretty hot girls. SN did well in athletics and won homecoming, yes it was only because they were with AOll but still worth mentioning. All in all they will be a few Steps above D-Sig being very new and DTD returning from a suspension after peeing on a girl. Even if DTD was top before their suspension it will take a very long time to rebuild their damaged sorority rep and social lives.
DTD and D-Sig will still have their fun don't get me wrong. They will have some attractive guys and continue to take bigger/lower quality pledge classes. Eventually the delts will fix their tarnished reputation or maybe everyone will forget it and make bigger improvements then OX has and almost rival KS's comeback.

SP and TKE will continue to slowly rise until enough lower mid/bottom fraternities get kicked off.

Not a bad description but why waste time over something that's going to be in the future which no one can predict?

These are garbage. The day AOII and DPhiE are better than Phi Mu and KD is the day hell freezes over. Same with GPB being middle tier. That's silly. This is a Pi Kapp trying to put themselves above pike and distract everyone with the crazy Pan Rankings.
