spring rush
by: Rushing SpringHey everyone. I did not rush last semester because i did not think that i liked the idea of a Fraternity but i am very bored and need one now. I want something small-mid range in size, nothing more than like 80, i do not think that can be called a brotherhood because.. how they hell am i supposed to know everyone well? Who is small and has a great brotherhood? parties are a plus! I do not care much about intramurals. Insight will help!

Pi kapp is under 80 and has the best parties of the mid/smaller fraternities. Good history here and a very close brotherhood.
SAE is under 80 has a great name and no pledgeship. Very close guys who throw down pretty hard.
DX is the smallest and throws decent parties when they can, being so small they don't have enough cash to constantly be throwing parties or events, but they are all close. Some might call them weird but I think they're pretty cool guys.
SP has about 20 guys, very close and kind of cool. Never do anything though.
Pretty sure TKE is under 80. But they don't do anything and I never see them around.
From what it seems you want PKP SAE or DX would be good fits. I may have missed a few with under 80 guys. I think Kappa Sig has like 100+ guys now but before that they were right at 80 and would've been a good fit too.

SAE is great. They have a great brotherhood and are at their house a lot. They have frequent parties and are pretty decent. They do not have a pledgship. Delta Chi is also a great choice for your wants. Their pledgeship i believe is tough. Both are great choices. They are both growing very quickly and have the best overall for the mid tiers. KA is also great but party wise, they are not at the same level as the two previously stated. They have a great brotherhood and are very classy!

You think because chapters have more than 80 guys you cannot be close with each and every one? I am in a chapter with over 80 brothers and I know each and every person's first and last name and most everything about them. You go with who you fit in with, not with who fits the traits you're looking for.

OX is around 60 right now and will probably be top in the next few years since they were before being kicked off. Should definitely consider them too.
KA is under 80 and throwdown pretty hard.
