There are no rankings or tiers at Kennesaw. Just groups and niches each fraternity fills. Each group pulls from the same pool of guys. There are ranks within groups but no one group is better than another. In order in groups.
Southern:Kappa Sigma, Pi Kappa Phi, Kappa Alpha
Kappa Sigma Pulls in the most southern guys in this group but Pi Kapp has a pretty big amount too since guys rush them for their history and KA pulls in some because of their name. These guys stress Brotherhood, being southern Gentlemen and having fun over everything else and dont usually put much effort into competing or interacting with others outside of their fraternities much. Though Kappa Sigma swpt everyone in intramural basketball last year and Pi Kapp just won intramural soccer. Bery selective on who they call brothers, whether it be giving bids or having a tough pledgeship.
"Frat":Pi Kappa Alpha, Theta Chi, Sigma Nu
These guys stress competition over everything, raising the most money, winning intramurals, winning homecoming etc. And recruit guys based off of athletic talent or how involved they were in highschool. These guys arent usually known for being selective and try to be inclusive to everyone.
"Bro": Delta Tau Delta, Delta Chi,
Sigma Alpha Epsilon
First of all the Delts are supended now so you cant rush them, but this group usually pulls from the group of pretty boys, so they pretty much try and rush guys based off of looks. Whether it be how they dress or just physical attractiveness.

"Bro"(continued): and how chill they are, if they feel like they wont fit what they want their fraternities image to be they wont bid you. Which isnt a bad thing its just how they work.
Introvert: Delta Sigma Phi, Sigma Pi,
Tau Kappa Epsilon
D-Sig is here only because theyre new and wont be able to do much until they spend more time here. KA was only just able to make a name for themselves and they will have been here 3 years this spring rush. Sigma Pi and TKE usually go for the more introverted guys which isnt bad it just means their brotherhood is closer.

The reason why 2 of the southern group, KS PKP, are usually considered "top" is because they throw the best parties and treat women generally well.
There's always 1 from the competitive group considered top almost always. It was Theta Chi until they were kicked off so now it is Pike.
And the delts were only ever considered top because after Kappa Sig was Kicked off in 2011 and Pi Kapp started their nearly endless social probation cycle, they were really the only ones left to rush and ended up getting some good guys. Too bad that's all over, they probably won't crawl back to top for awhile.
It'll be interesting to see who picks up the Delts usual crop of guys who are usually pretty solid.

idk most will be evenly spread amongst other top fraternities like Pi Kapp KS and PKA. Dont think KS or PKP will be very interested in the majority of them since they dont really fit in with the majority of their brothers. i can see pike picking up more than the other 2.
outside of the few that the other top fraternities will bid and take?
probably DX or SAE since they rush the same type of guys as stated in the post.
KA has the name to pull in a few guys.
i could also see Theta Chi picking up a few only because guys will be interested in their history at KSU and being a former top fraternity.
maybe SP will make some moves and pull in a few solid guys who would usually go delt? probably not.

Theta Chi will get a lot of the guys Delt used to go for. DX will get some too probably as well as KA. SAE and SN could come in and snag some who knows.
