I've been to a party of every fraternity listed at least once and seen tailgates/social events etc. coming from a girl here's where id list each. in order within groups. only listing top/mid.
top:
ΚΣ: Best parties, sweetest guys, great top tier/mid tier relations and always throw on campus events so are very involved. good name. Dating a brother so kind of biased but no one really disagrees with me.
ΠΚΦ: great parties, sweet guys, improving a lot. Older guys are still weird. not the best relations to top sororities and not the hottest which are improving. usually i would put pike here..
low. top:
ΠΚΑ: Parties have gone downhill since west 22 sucks now. them and Kappa Sig are the hottest, great sorority relations with top and mid tier, do the most with their philanthropy, super involved. have a lot of guys who are only their to pay dues who are super weird.
ΔΤΔ: (spot vacant due to suspension) we will see who takes their spot.
Up.Mid:
ΚΑ: good parties, great name, good relations with mid tier sororities. not a lot of top tier relations. their founders are half cool half.. not.. their name will make them improve.
ΣΝ: good in athletics, good involvement, best guys to come to poly who didn't affiliate with top fraternities. still some weird guys, barely any sorority relations, average parties. good name.
Low.Mid:
ΘΧ ΔΧ ΣΑΕ: all 3 are even and have their pros and cons. too relevant to be bottom with the exception of maybe SAE who are here because of their name.

Nice try Theta Chi.. Maybe lower mid at best.. No brotherhood and just got back from a hazing suspension...
Pike is not upper top since their parties have had the cops called 50% of the time. The delts are suspended. No idea why they aren't dead last since they can't do anything.
Pi Kapp is definitely lower top AT THE LEAST. Out of trouble, good poly affiliates and a decent pledge class as well as the best parties outside of Kappa Sig. Improving a lot.
SN has good athletics as well as decent guys. Should be upper top in my opinion. I can see lower top.
KA has a better name than DX and have just as solid of guys. I can see DX being better due to better sorority relations and better parties however.
SAE will improve because of their name.
SP actually has decent guys. Don't get enough credit.
Just my opinion about everyone.

If anything Delta Chi is the best of mid tier right now, best sorority relations brotherhood involvement and parties out of the entire group. SN and SAE are poly frats so they don't usually show up on campus unless its for intramurals or an event like homecoming. KA is new so they still have a bunch of their founders who are weird, no house in pine tree to rage at or even a west 22 manor to do thing at. This was obviously typed up by a KA.
