Since no one is sure let me clear things up, yes Delta Sig is at KSU.. Yes sigma pi and TKE are coming to KSU.
Sigma Pi and TKE were not the best at poly but still relevant enough to come to KSU and possibly make a splash who knows. Theta Chi was great before being kicked off BUT they haven't been here for 2 years and haven't done anything, like Kappa Sig did when they returned. They could return to top who knows. Delta Sig has done nothing so far but are about to charter before rush.

Theta Chi and Delta Sig definitely deserve higher standings on this list... Delta Sig got like 100 guys in the spring and are ready to take another massive class in the fall. Theta Chi might have been kicked off for 2 years but the guys they kept are still LIGHT YEARS ahead of anything Delta Chi KA SAE and SN have to offer. Honestly move SAE and SN to bottom. put delta Sig right behind KA as the last fraternity in mid tier and move Theta Chi to the top of mid tier. Then these would be perfect

Maybe but SAE already has a few solid rushee's showing out and their name is enough to keep them relevant in rush, like KA, but not nearly enough to push them into top. SN isn't a bad name but its not as big. They both still have their southern poly housing so that's a plus, its just not going to appeal too much to kids rushing from KSU.

So idk about delts being top.. Honestly id put pike up there, Kappa Sig and Pi Kappa are good where they are.
KA and DX are the best of what's left.. Theta Chi needs to be mid with SAE or SN up there too.
Delta Sig should be top of bottom probably best of what's left outside of SAE and SN.

DX, KA
SAE, OX
SN, DSP
SP, TKE
Honestly these are most accurate and fair.

Coming from a girl who saw SAE and SN in the spring I wasn't too impressed with them.. I'd honestly compare them to DX or KA, but a step down. I think mid tier below DX and KA is as high as I'd put them, honestly I'd keep one of them mid, probably SAE and put Theta Chi mid and keep SN and Delta Sig at the top of bottom.
