Top:
KS had the best intramural football and basketball teams, delts won homecoming. KS threw great bangers the delts partied with Pike and had a great party. Both do well in grades both are pretty respectful towards women. Both get the best guys and the best girls.
Mid:
A lot of people would put pike as a top tier fraternity but I need to see more than just a few wild parties to put them there. Definitely try to PR non party events more if you have them. Pi Kappa and DX are both solid, Pi Kappa has the more solid guys and more guys but DX is more involved and has been able to get their parties from underground to campus.
Bottom:
KA has a great name and has been chartered since the spring so we shall see what they do with that, Delta Sig isn't chartered yet but already have like 90 guys apparently, blanket bid everyone who didn't get a bid and are pretty weird.. But at least they'll have money for events on top of another big pledge class if they blanket bid again.. Theta Chi is just returning and hasn't done anything since then so naturally they're here.
Colonies:
SAE and SN are a little weird but they'll be fine.
SP and TKE(??):
No one knows if they're coming from poly or not.. Idk either just thought they were worth a mention..

They are just normal chapters. They went through their colony phase over at poly and already have their charter. I have, however, heard that the ΑΞΔ sorority will have to start over as a colony though.

Idk what they are then? I know they have active brothers but from my understanding they are going to start as colonies? Or at least that's what most of KSU believes..
