Let's be honest, every chapter puts their "hottest" or "best" girls on social media. Does it mean everyone in the chapter looks like that? Or course not. That's not realistic to say out of 200 something girls all of them are skinny, blonde, etc. ...but that doesn't mean a chapter is bad. If you are joining because the girls are hot, then you are joining for the wrong reasons. Join a sorority because they are quality women with strong values. There's not problem if you're friends are "hot" or if they're not. It's all a matter of opinion anyway. Just thought I'd throw this out there to give everyone a reality check.

Also I'm not saying the other girls are not beautiful, quality women. I'm just saying that social media sites are usually filled with the pictures that are the best, just as you would post your best pictures of yourself.

girls who are more attractive will migrate to other girls who are more attractive its inevitable, someone should base where they go off of how well they fit in with the girls and if they decide they don't fit in with someone because of how attractive they are that's their problem and weren't a good fit for that organisation anyways.
