west 22

As of right now no one is sure. West 22 has said that they will not allow an entire fraternity to keep a manor anymore, after they saw all the damages the fraternities did this year, so there might be 3 opening up soon. There are already rumors of Kappa Sigma not even trying to resign and that they are taking Delta Chi's main party house in pine tree, which honestly might be a better option for them since they already have another huge party house in pinetree too. I'll keep you posted.

Also pike theta chi and the delts are trying to resign, or in theta chi's case, sign up as well but like I said west 22 is very hesitant towards letting them all stay with full manors.. The delta were already cut to half a manor. Pike might still have a full manor with KS for now until the lease is up idk.

A lot of rumors about the delts and pike trying to take over pine tree after KS had a bunch of huge parties at a few of the houses they have in there but who knows at this point. I know pike already has one house in the way back that doesn't matter, and delta chi had 2 in the front, but there are rumors of them leaving one and its anyone's guess as to who is going to get it. But if any of the 3 get it it would be pretty big since all three go hard already. Theta Chi is trying to get the Manor KS took over so if that happens theta chi will be set, most people seem to be saying Kappa Sig DOES NOT WANT THEIR MANOR BACK. So there's a lot going on right now.

But to answer your question no there probably will not be. Sorry.

idk if they said they'll never let a fraternity have a full manor but they did increase the prices to live there to weed a few out. Parties at the KS or Pike manor always get the cops called on them anyways, west 22 is not worth what you're paying, i hear KS and Pike aren't staying and i think that's smart. its much better to get a real house and be able to throw down whenever you want without worrying about high prices or the cops being called by the apartments right next to a manor you're partying at.

I got arested in west 22 last year twice from cops alone, its safe to say I won't be missing west 22 anymore. Most fraternities don't even party at west as much anymore because of the cops and use, as stated above, off campus houses fraternities lease. I think I heard some girls say the is house they party in all the time is called the loft. KS used to used to live in the houses delta chi currrently rents the one pi kapp rents and another which is owned by a family now that has the Greek letters for kappa sigma on a tree. Theta Chi used to rent a lot of houses in pine tree as well.

everyone will probably keep their manors just probably wont fill them out. greek life doesn't need west 22 but west 22 does need greek life.
