You should be fine! Recruitment for colonizing sororities is a lot less stressful and intense. Just be yourself and you will find your home if it's meant to be! New sororities need people of all ages so don't worry about being a junior

ZTA has done extremely well when they went through colonization getting over 140 girls last time i heard? And their involvement has been wonderful as they always make it out to my fraternities events and most others events. Personality wise they all seem to be slightly similar to me butthats not to say Alpha Xi will be too, it all honestly depends on you and the girls you will be calling your sisters, if you want to be more involved then organize your sisters and go to different events, if you want a wide variety of personalities or not, then its up to you to recruit who you think is the best fit, after colonization of course. I think Alpha Xi will do beautifully for colonization as KD and ZTA have both done extremely well when they have. Good luck we are all excited.
