1.Kappa Sigma- Most involved, Good grades, great parties and great quality guys. Previously kicked off for hazing, Delts constantly harrass them. Top guys.
2.Delta Tau Delta- Have a manor, decent guys and best grades. Losing Popularity, pledge classes getting weaker. Falling.
MID:
3.Pi Kappa Alpha- Have a manor, great parties. Only care about parties, mix of questionable and good guys, no involvement. Stagnate.
4.Pi Kappa Phi- good guys good parties. Academic probation and no manor. Stagnate.
5.Delta Chi- Decent involvement and parties. No manor, some weird guys. Rising.
LOW/COLONIES/RETURNING:
6.Kappa Alpha- charterd spring of 2015, new fraternity. Rising.
7.Theta Chi- returning after 2 year hazing suspension. Stagnate.
8 or 9.Sigma Alpha Epsilon- colonizing from poly.
8 or 9.Sigma Nu- colonizing from poly.
GIRLS
TOP:
1. Delta Phi Epsilon- Most fun, have a manor, good grades and gorgeous. Not classy. Top Girls.
2. Alpha Omicron Pi- Most involved, pretty hot, good sisterhood and good grades. Average social lives. Rising.
MID:
3. Phi Mu- Very Hot, classy, wealthy and fun. Worst involvement, worst grades. Falling.
4. Gamma Phi Beta- Good Grades, getting more attractive, tightest sisterhood, classy and decent involvement. Older girls aren't very attractive, worst social life. Rising.
5. Kappa Delta- Hot girls, fun, decent grades. Not involved or classy. Rising.
NEW:
6. Zeta Tau Alpha- new sorority charterd fall 2014. Rising.
7. Alpha Xi Delta- Colonizing from poly

Kappa sig is by far on top then there's a huge slide. Parties are always packed either at the manor or at the other house right next to campus. It's Always a great time and you are garuenteed to meet 15 new people because they are so welcoming. They also have good grades and lots of people don't talk about this but they are the becoming the most dominate fraternity in athletics. In Intramural football they placed 4th overall in the whole school.. In basketball they swept every fraternity by 15 points.
Kappa sigma is really taking off and not looking back. That's why you don't see them on this site. They don't talk down to other fraternities. Fraternities like delt try to heckle them but everyone knows what happens. Delts come over try to fight, then proceed to lose the fight haha. Pike just talks about how much they suck but kappa sig really doesn't care what others think. They do what they believe in. Coming from a sorority girl at KSU who just recently fell in love with them at their Greek week celebration party, I think delts and pikes should do the same. I believe Kappa sigma is the only true and most traditional fraternity here at kennesaw.

I can even understand what you just said?? You guys are fun but that's it. You definitely need to make improvements in other areas.

DElta chi should be above pi kapp, no probation, pledge classes have been better and sororities are starting to show out more. You always see them out there with kappa sig pike and delt. Just something i thought id throw out there.
I like putting AOll over Phi Mu and Gamma Phi over KD. Lets see what everyone does this fall.

This is ultimately what greek housing is for KSU at the moment. The manors are located at west 22 just off of campus. They are 20 room houses aproximately measuring 5000 square feet dis including the court yard.
Theta Chi is most likely the next fraternity to get a manor, since they had one previously before being suspended. Pi Kapp has been talking about it for some time. AOll is rumored to already have one, Phi Mu has been rumored to be looking for one for years as well as KD.
This doesnt mean they will it just means they might.

These girls were always looked down on until their last 2 fall pledge classes came in, since then they have improved immensely. They are getting hotter and as a guy that means my fraternity is going to want to throw them more parties and mix with them, which means more fun and popularity as well as better quality pledge classes. Now that they are more popular they have one more check on the list to becoming a top tier sorority. Not only are they rising in attractiveness and popularity but they are very smart grades wise, and very involved with their philanthropy, and they are also showing out more to more on campus events.

The largest sorority at KSU, the hottest and most popular with fraternities. All that is great but it also means that guys will chase after them more and hook up more which gives them a reputation as an "easy" sorority here. Thats really the only knock anyone has against these girls. Great involvement and social life as well as grades. Just not all that classy.

Classy wealthy gorgeous girls, theyre also the second largest sorority at KSU so you would expect to see them around alot but you dont. These girls are hardly on campus for anything and usually only make it out to kappa sigs events and parties. They occaisonaly go out to pike events as well but certainly prefer Kappa Sig. Great sisterhood here from what ive seen and there arent a whole lot of bad things i have to say so that is certainly a plus. I would change their grade to stagnate.

This sorority gets most improved, its unbelievable what theyve done since coming on 5 years ago.when i was a freshman they were beginning their first year as a chapter and were considered the worst sorority here. After a year they jumped Gamma Phi and after 5 going into their 6th year they are considered top 3 and in my opinion top 2, though some still think Phi Mu holds that spot. They have great social lives grades involvement and are probably the classiest here next to Phi Mu. They are the favorites of Pike andprobably tied with Phi Mu for being the favorites of Kappa Sig as well as showing out some to delta chi and KA parties. Definitely on the rise here.

Not sure where the original poster got his information regarding Phi Mu- I am a Phi Mu and we have the highest GPA on campus per KSU Panhellenic. We have also gotten much more involved in campus then you stated. Please do a little more research before making statements. Thanks!

As stated previously i am a member of a fraternity here so the info i have on sororities might be a little off, from what i Remember when l First got here Phi Mu was on academic probation at least 1 semester, but like i also said ill be entering my 6th (and final semester) fall semester, so I'm old and that was about 3 or 4 years ago now. Haven't kept up with sorority grades since than other than what's been posted on this site and the general info my fraternity feeds me. Ill look into it thank you for bringing this to my attention.

Phi Mu is the least involved i cant name one event i've heard of on campus,ether your pr chair is terrible or y'all really do nothing. I would say expand the top tier to include phi mu however since y'all really do a great job in everything else though.

She brings u a goodpointwith ls pretty dominate at the moment, but. Think pike should be put over the delts. Maybe theyare more involved and have better grades but the guys they get now are weak and the pledge class sizes are so small, especially after giving out as many bids as they do.... pike give out a lot of bids as well but more people accept them.
