Maybe gamma phi was a stretch i can definitely see them as near top tier though. KA will surprise people, they have a good relationship with most sororities here and are pretty cool with kappa sig and pikes from what i hear. That will definitely help them.

From a guys perspective id say a sorority is more than just hot girls and parties just like fraternities are, sure those things are awesome ;) but those things alone dont make a sorority top tier. In my opinion these sororities in order are top mid and bottom/new.

Gamma Phi best grades do well with their philanthropies and have the strongest sisterhood. Before i would have put them lower behind KD but their passed 3 pledge classes have been pretty hot not the hottest but easily the top 3 or 4 hottest, that helps with their social life and involvment, more fraternities are loving to bring them around now.
AOll next best all around pretty hot and classy, do well enough with grades and have been the favourite of Kappa Sig and Pike this year and both of those fraternities are top.
DPhiE less involved with delts which helps them a lot. Not bad grades at all but they focus a lot more on parties and looks. Really branched out and that helps alot. Kappa Sig and DPhiE have really built a stronger relationship.
KD great girls and honestly id consider them a top tier sorority if they were more well rounded. But probably my favourite, if it was going by favourites these girls would be top.
Phi Mu they've been hot for a long time but that and sisterhood is all they have grades are ok.
ZTA just new here.

Also AOll is 2 years older than KD and is not nearly as young (by this schools standards) so them not getting the new sorority rap is understandable, though KD isn't the newest one anymore now that ZTA is on they shouldn't be considered new anymore. The newest sorority always starts out at the bottom and works its way to the top. I think Gamma Phi or AOll should be considered top.

Its so much harder to rank sororities. DPhiE is the only sorority that has a manor but that doesnt matter since sororities never use their manors to party. Really the pnly thing that sets them apart are hotness and classiness, grades and involvement really play a huge part too.

In order of which sororities are wanted for mixers and parties it goes like this.

DPhiE/Phi Mu: not rising or falling but just staying the same while others are improving and closing the gap.
AOll: rising fast, these girls have finally hit their stride.
Gamma Phi/KD: rising slowly for both. KD is relatively new so theyre still growing, about to hit their stride though. Gamma Phi the closest sorority to hitting a stride, my fraternity talks a lot about them and i have friends in kappa sig pikes and delts who are doing the same if these ladies knock it out of the park next fall they could be considered to be as good as AOll.
ZTA: the newest sorority popular because fraternities here want another sorority to cpme around. Their next few pledge classes will determine where they fall above.

KD is not strong nationally at all....third tier sorority at best.

No chapters at Baylor, Tulane, Emory, Georgia Tech, Oklahoma, TCU, SMU,West Virginia, Duke, William & Mary, Colorado, Purdue, Michigan, Iowa, Wisconsin, USC, Pepperdine, UC-Berkeley, Minnesota, Penn, UConn, Arizona, Syracuse,Iowa..... and NO chapters at all in many states and Canada....but chapters at non-academic, division 3 schools in the south that the top sororities won't consider having chapters..
