For sororities for the most part this is how it is, a "/" means its to close to tell.
DPhiE>AOll/KD>Phi Mu\Gamma Phi>ZTA/Alpha Xi ( when alpha xi gets on theyll be here with ZTA because theyre both new.)
All sororities here are good and some are only slightly better than others honestly they can all be considered "top tier"
For fraternities here this is clearly how it is.
Top(in no exact order)
Kappa Sig/Pike/Delts,
All 3 have manors killer parties great guys girls love em and are the most involved.
Mid(in order)
Pi Kapp/Delta Chi>Theta Chi,
None have manors and theta chi has been kicked off for 2 years. Pi Kapp has the best guys but delta chi is way more involved. Pi kapp has been on probation apparently.
Bottom/New
KA>SAE/Sigma Nu,
Not a big drop between Theta Chi and KA. Alot of people would put KA in theta chi's spot but i think theta chi will come back strong and end up on the top of mid tier. Big drop between KA and SAE/Sigma Nu, both will be new and most of their guys will be from southern poly, who have a reputation of being a little strange.

This guys got it. All three fraternities are different but still top.
Kappa Sig gets girls from all sororities but campus constantly screws them over.
Delts get girls from some sororities while others stay away stil pull hard. Campus loves them so there are alot of opportunities to grow.
Pike same as delts with the girls probably do a little bit better with the sororities here, and campus seems to be indifferent towards them.
All the sororities are the same pretty much not alot to set them apart and rank them really.

These could just be more pikes self ranking.. kinda sounds like it..
Though i do agree on the order i would put theta chi and KA into their own tier labeled, bottom/new. And SAE/Sigma Nu under colonies. The order on top is Kappa Sig Delts Pikes. Though you were right with saying they are very similar in certain aspects, in others like quality of members and reputation with sororities and campus there are clear differences. Kappa Sig loved by girls hated by faculty because of hazing. Delts love hate relationship with sororities, loved by the school due to having little to no pledgeship.
Pike love hate relationship with school and sororities. All three get the best guys but delts and kappa sig get the best and pike just bids a lot of people so they're bound to get some good guys.
