Top tier:
DTD:(tie), known for their parties and looks. They have some good guys and some bad guys, but over all have a solid brotherhood. Been on a slide the passed year.
Kappa sig:(tie), known for being southern gentleman, good parties, good looks and relaxed attitudes. Have been on a year and have been very involved. Made a name for themselves immediately.
Mid tier:
Pike: known for their parties, their wealth, and looks. Also well known for being the try hards in greek life and for treating women badly. Would be competing for top tier if not for those things.
Pi kapp: great guys, they just cant catch a break. They always find themselves on probation for something. If they could party and be more involved they could be on top of pikes and possibly compete for top tier.
Lower tier:
Delta chi:(tie), not involved, very relaxed, and overall nice guys. If they could find a way to be more involved they would be competing for mid tier. Dont really have alot of parties.
KA:(tie), new here. Alot of the guys they have are weird. They dont have alot of money. Lost their mixer with aoll to kappa sig. Not alot to say here.
Watch out for theta chi, will not be lower than mid tier, could be a top tier, maybe top 3.

Top:
Kappa sig. best, all around.
Delts. Better, need to improve image.
Mid:
Pi kapp. Great, great quality guys need to get out of trouble.
Pike. Good, good guys have a reputation for treating girls badly.
Lower:
Delta chi. Decent, not bad guys, they just dont care, need to get their names out.
KA. New, new here. They need money and to get their name out.

Kappa sigma Is the best. Other fraternities have a while until they can get to where they are at. All brothers are great guys that are respectable and like to have fun. Parties are always a blast. Whether it's at the manor or at a venue. Their on campus events are always fun and always puts out a great image on campus. I believe they are the most normal and not douchey fraternity on campus.
Pike: i believe they are better than the delts Bc the have bigger events throughout the year. They just need to respect women and maybe they can claim the number 2 spot.
Delts/pi kapps: (tie) because both are known on campus but don't do anything except for one event. if delts didn't fight kappa sig at a soriority social then maybe their rep wouldn't be as tarnished. I expect Pi kapp to grow over delts.
Delts chi and KA: ka has some cool guys, won't make a scene on campus until they get more money. And delta chi: nice guys, just don't really care about having a good name
