Can I restart KS or PKA here? All the frats are lame
by: YeahAll of the frats that are still here are lame, the big names that are good mostly everywhere like ATO SN KA and SAE were all dorks, even Delt and PiKapp, who everyone says are top, are both weird AF and barely throw. Can I just restart one of the good chapters that used to be good here? How do I do that? Would I have to contact their nationals? I'll be a sophomore next year but will be turning 18 in a month or so, will that matter? And before you ask I even checked out the bottom frats like OX, DSP, DX, etc. and the were all weirder than the above groups, like really weird.

Unless you convince KSU/West/Haven to stop shutting down parties before 10pm it won't change a thing. You can restart these groups but they won't have the type of guys that made them good here they won't have the social connects with sororities. The only thing you'll have is their name here which is not big enough to make a newly chartered group into a top fraternity not even at KSU.
It's not the fraternities here that are the issue, it's KSU faculty protecting creepy/weird fraternities like OX and booting the good ones away. They also have really bad policies for Greeks here. Sororities are half the size they used to be and fraternities are not close to the size they used to be, even PKP and Delt were way bigger before (120+ easy, KS and PKA were both at 150+ east) than they are now.
