What happened to greek life?

Without KS PKA or DTD throwing massive 2 or 3 thousand person parties at pine tree or west 22, it is only natural that the popularity of greek life has decreased.

It is much better than being a geed for sure and i would say that sororities are the main drivers of social lives now.

There are still decently fun groups left from the good days like SAE PKP and OX but they are too scared to go as wild as the old top 3 did.

as a geed my first semester it was definitely harder to make friends and you had to go out of your way. if your not in greek life or don't know anyone in greek it seems irrelevant. I joined greek life and now I have friends in all of greek life and have fun events to go to. its defiantly worth it . considering its the sororities that host most of the fun stuff and the fraternities just throw manor parties. in a weird way its also helped me keep grades up because I push myself to get it done so I can party on the weekend.
