Pi Kappa I guess but there isn't a best fraternity here. Just a bunch of middle of the road ones and some that are struggling.

"Best" is too vague. If you are looking for a frat that will support you well academically, TKE is probably the way to go. If you are looking for a frat that is gonna kick ass in intramurals you might want to go for SAE. If your goal is to be a big decision-maker quickly Beta or BYX might be the way to go. If you are looking for a frat that mixes with other sororities, as far as I am aware all those you listed do, hell even Beta hangs out with sorority girls pretty often. More important than arbitrary rankings on the internet is how well YOU click with a fraternity. My advice is to go into rush with an open mind and check out a couple of fraternities. Worst-case scenario you build relationships with other people in greek life.
