Sorority Pricing vs. Involvement
by: PNMHow’d you rank the sororities from most to least expensive and most to least active?

I believe aopi is the most expensive from what I have seen when they used to put the prices of dues on the website. The rest are roughly about ~$100 in comparison if paid in full. Phi mu has great payment plans that are typically inexpensive from what I remember. The rest are probably about the same pricing. But don’t expect all the sororities to be the same price (this is all just from what I remember a couple years ago) because they are definitely some that are more expensive than others bevause some include things such as t-shirts, events, etc.. I hope this helped you ahaha

In terms of pricing, I would look at the PNM Manual from last year that gives a gauge on how much it is per semester and what is included. However, if you are worried about price there are payment plans as well as talking to the treasure of the sorority and they will work with you.
In terms of involvement, I can unbiasedly say that Zta, alpha xi, and phi mu are very passionate about their philantrohpy and are very involved on campus.

Also, azd is very involved and same with zeta. aopi is a fantastic sorority but I unfortunately don’t see them show out very often. If you are a pnm do not be discouraged about who is involved and who isn’t, because all sororities have events that you can go to and have a lot of fun! However, zeta and azd are very competitive (with like fundraising and stuff). Sometimes it’s not that people “aren’t involved” it’s just that people are humans & are busy and do things that are more than just what’s on the surface!
