most dudes enjoy sae for two semesters and drop bc they don’t like their brothers or get tired of the environment they have, there’s a reason they get fall pc’s of 20 guys but can only keep at most 40 guys active every semester but even now they can’t get more than 3 dudes in a pledge class during rush. pkp has been on the decline for years and are always on probo, sure they have a manor now but their parties usually have Max 20 girls there which is why they always hang out in buckhead. sure theta chi is probably the best here rn but even then they spend their time in buckhead every week w no girls in a sausage fest

DTD is #1 at KSU and its not even close until KS and PKA get back. This is the only fraternity with good events and, once again, its not even close.
OX and SN are the try hard nerds from poly who cant throw a decent social event to save their lives.
