My older brothers were Kappa Sig's and Pike's here, and graduated in 2011, and 2015.
They used to always post huge wild parties and socials. Now they're telling me not to rush because it's dead. I decided to wait a year to see what it's like and no one is doing anything. What happened?

What happened was one of your brothers fraternities, Pike, kept spiking their drinks at their mass invite parties.
When you have several people sent to the hospital your crew has some problems. The hazing didn't help either.
After that KSU faculty became super Draconian with fraternities here, understandably so.
Also Delt peeing on blacked out ZTA's, PiKapp using campus storm drains to haze their pledges, and KS getting caught for hazing twice in 10 years has doomed us.
No more massive Manor parties of 2000+ people at West, SNu SAE and even Delt are all dead party wise now. Sororities are the only ones who do anything anymore which is weird.
Greek life will recover and these groups will all return eventually but it will probably be another 5 years of this.

Luckily I was here back in 2014 in my senior year of highschool, when my older friends invited me to check out the Greek scene here. that year was insane with KS Delt and Pike throwing massive parties at West, Thursday through Sunday.
It's a shame y'all Young bucks missed all of that. Well I'll be gone this spring so y'all make the most of it.

OX also screwed up west too after they used their Manor to haze their pledges, doing super weird stuff. West 22 and Haven aren't what they used to be and maybe never will be again.
