got dropped by 6 sororities first day, grades or?
by: loli thought sisterhood day went pretty well & that i had really good conversations in each party, but today i got my slip & the only sorority i got invited back to was my last pick & just noticing that all the girls in my pi chi group got invited back to all 5 or at least 2 or 3 is just really discouraging to me bc idk what i did wrong i mean my gpa was a 3.0 in high school, calculated to a 2.9 here so were my grades the problem or did they just not like me? i thought i held a conversation okay, looked presentable, was interested, asked questions, etc so i am honestly just looking for some insight on how to improve for next rush if the one i have a potential bid for isn’t for me etc

you have to trust the process, I'm sure your pi chi told you the same thing. the process was created for you to be put in the best home for you, that one sorority saw something in you, i say give them a chance at pref, and keep an open mind, and then decide if you want to try with the sorority who potentially sees you as a sister or to retry next year.
don't be discourage. everything happens the way it should. be positive about it. all sororities here are amazing, you would be lucky to be in any of them. just try and go from there.

Assuming you dropped out when you got your "last pick", next rush you can try to have an open mind and see what the sisterhood has to offer, because every sorority here has something to offer its members. They were kind enough to invite you back, even with your dismal grades, when everyone else dropped you. Recruitment isn't really your pick, it's the houses doing the picking.
