Will a rec letter to a specific sorority garauntee you a bid from them?

Nope. Girls can get cut from grades, conversations, and reputations. It’s harder for a girl to be cut than someone without a rec, but it definitely doesn’t guarantee a bid. I know girls with recs for “top” sororities that were cut the first day. If anything is guaranteeing a bid, the closest thing would be a legacy, and still even legacies aren’t always guaranteed unfortunately
